Verses and phrases, snippets of thoughts that I like to call poetry for the sake of simplicity, have woven their way throughout my healing journey. These meditative pieces, rich in imagery and emotion, transcend the confines of linear storytelling as they explore the complex landscapes of illness, mortality, growth, and beyond. Each piece captures ephemeral moments of introspection and wonder, standing alone as a memoir that encapsulates a life-changing event.

I have never felt the urge to impose structure on them or the need to present them in a lengthy format, as I aim to do with my novel.

What follows is a collection of these unbound reflections.
